1. Click the shortcut of CAD software on the computer desktop to open the software, as shown.

2. Then in the drawing area, draw a rectangle, as shown.

3. Then in the menu above, set the line type as a dotted line according to the marks shown below, as shown in the figure.

4. After completing the above settings, you can turn the drawn solid line into a dotted line in CAD.
