The national 4A-level scenic spot is a provincial key cultural relic protection unit. Tiangong Hospital is located in Tiangong Township, 20 kilometers south of Langzhong City. Founded in the Tang Dynasty, it was rebuilt in the third year of Shunzhi in Ming Dynasty. Because of the profound astronomical culture in Langzhong, astronomers Yuan Tiangang and Li in the Tang Dynasty successively settled in Langzhong, where they chose places to observe the sky, wrote books and made statements, and were buried here after their death, and built the Tiangong Academy for this purpose.
