I tried it at home last summer vacation. The effect is good. I am a girl, and my weight peaked at 130 last year.

Then I want to wear a skirt, so I have no choice but to lose weight. I saw a classmate download this software and punch in the QQ space every day. I asked her if it was good, so I downloaded it and wanted to try it.

I bought a yoga mat and stayed at home for about 40 days. Doing exercise at home for more than half an hour every day is a video tutorial in Keeo. Very slow, can keep up with the people in the video. Then the action is not difficult, and the decomposition action is introduced in detail. At first, it was actually forty or fifty minutes a day. Later, I persisted for a month and began to be lazy. Then about forty days was basically twenty minutes a day. On average, these forty days are thirty minutes a day.

Fitness exercise is very good. You don't need any equipment except a yoga blanket, and then you can sweat in half an hour. I think it's cool. In the first two days, my hind legs and shoulders were sore after finishing. It will be fine after a long time.

Besides exercising for half an hour every day, I also spend an hour walking five kilometers.

Don't eat dinner, rice soup, soybean milk or fruit salad every day (use fruit vinegar or yogurt instead of salad dressing).

Then in 40 days, I probably lost 13 and 14 Jin.

The effect was good, but in the end, I didn't hold on, and it didn't take long for school to start. The school had no conditions, so I didn't do it.

Then I'll give you a comparison. Two of my junior high school classmates spent 300 yuan on a monthly card in the gym almost last summer vacation, where they ran and did sports by themselves, and also lost about ten pounds.

Then they spent 300 yuan. I used the software for free, except for the yoga mat, which cost me nothing …

So if you can stick to it, the fitness software is completely effective. There is no need to go to the gym. Some gyms are not ventilated, so it's better to go home.
