I'm so tired from working out that I cry.
When we are in fitness, we often try to get the ideal training effect. However, efforts alone are absolutely not enough. Many people tried their best, but found that the effect was poor. At this time, I believe that many friends will feel that they are not working hard enough, so they will increase their efforts again. In fact, this is absolutely impossible and will do great harm to our health. And when we have these symptoms during exercise, we will stop training!

First, joint pain.

When we have joint pain, it means that the problem is very serious. If it is chronic joint pain, you should not only stop training, but also seek medical advice in time. If not treated in time, it may leave sequelae and cause permanent joint pain, which will become very painful when you get old. Moreover, it is better if it is acute joint pain, and it is unlikely to leave sequelae if you seek medical treatment in time.

The reason why joints are damaged is mainly because our movements are not standardized, especially when barbells and other equipment are used in the gym, the wrong movements will greatly increase the pressure on our joints. Over a long period of time, the cumulative damage to joints will be enormous. Therefore, in addition to always paying attention to joint pain, we must also learn accurate movement.

Second, the ability to exercise is declining.

The reaction of this body can be said to be the most direct. When I first started exercising, I was full of energy, good physical function and full of athletic ability. However, when we exercise for a period of time, due to the accumulation of fatigue, our sports ability will decline. At this time, we need to rest and recover our physical strength.

For example, when we are doing a weight-bearing exercise, the weight was just right before, and today we suddenly feel very tired, indicating that our athletic ability has declined. What is this called? In a bad state? . When the athletic ability declines, many friends may think that their exercise is not in place, and some even add a lot. We must resolutely stop this practice, because it is completely against the law.

Third, yawn during training.

Yawning here means that we often yawn when we are doing high-intensity training. At the beginning of training, the functions of the body have not yet entered the state, because it is normal to yawn a few times, but if you still play frequently during training, you should pay special attention. Because after training for a period of time, our body will secrete hormones such as adrenaline, which will make our body in a state of excitement.

Of course, if our training pace is too slow, it will make us yawn again and again, but after speeding up the training frequency, we still yawn, which is the signal that the body is giving us, that is, the signal of fatigue. So stop training and have a rest, so that our efforts will not be in vain.

Conclusion: Health depends on hard work, but not blind efforts. Each of us has our limits. Don't try to challenge this limit, because we will hurt our health if we are not careful. Therefore, if you want to make your efforts not in vain, you must know how to arrange the relationship between training and rest reasonably. Remember, rest doesn't necessarily mean waste.
