How to turn it on: On the "Devices" page of Huawei Health App, click the connected device to enter the watch setting page, click Health Monitoring-Scientific Sleep, and turn on the "Scientific Sleep" switch.
Turn on the "scientific sleep" switch, then put on your watch again and go to sleep, and then check whether the data can be synchronized normally.
2. If it is confirmed that the scientific sleep switch is turned on, it is still impossible to synchronize the scientific sleep data to Huawei Health App:
(1) Please upgrade Huawei Health App to the latest version in Huawei application market, and upgrade your watch to the latest version; It is recommended that you operate the watch before synchronizing the data, such as lighting the watch screen to check the time, and then entering Huawei Health App to pull down the synchronization data.
(2) The amount of scientific sleep data is relatively large, and the synchronization time may be slightly longer. Please wait patiently for a few minutes after refreshing the home page or clicking manual synchronization.
(3) At present, scientific sleep can only analyze the sleep data of more than 3 hours, and the sleep data of less than 3 hours will be recorded in sporadic naps.
(4) Scientific sleep data need to be analyzed according to your heart rate. If you sleep at night and wear a watch too loosely or too tightly, you may not be able to collect heart rate data correctly, resulting in the inability to synchronize scientific sleep data to the sports health App normally. I suggest you adjust the tightness of wearing, and then reproduce the data to see if you can synchronize the data normally.
(5) If you have bradycardia/tachycardia/arrhythmia, you may not be able to conduct scientific sleep analysis, and your sleep data will not be synchronized to Huawei Health App normally. I suggest you consult a doctor in time.
(6) If you can't synchronize all the time, I suggest you restart your watch, reconnect it and try again.
