At first, I wanted to control my appetite. For breakfast, I am a steamed stuffed bun and an egg white. I don't eat egg yolk because it has high cholesterol, so I try not to eat it. Then do what you should do, endure when you are hungry, look forward to lunch and find something to relax. You can drink water, but don't drink too much. Water also has energy, especially for those of us who get fat when drinking water. Noon is a mouthful of rice, probably only a mouthful of rice, eat a little vegetables with vegetarian dishes, and be vegetarian if you have nothing to do. But it must be a small amount, because you have to control your appetite first, starve your stomach first, and it will not be so easy to eat more later.
Most importantly, there is no dinner. You can eat an apple, which is a holy product to lose weight. Banana tomatoes are actually high in sugar and cannot be eaten. In fact, the evening is the best time for appetite, but you have to hold back in order to lose weight. I haven't eaten much dinner in the past two years, and I only have a rare tooth sacrifice when I socialize occasionally. Don't eat after 4 pm.
Avoid: fried meat; Eat less: cakes and desserts
Deep-frying is the longest meat, which is easy to cause cancer. So I basically don't eat. There are many starches such as pasta and rice, which are easily converted into glucose in the body and easy to get fat. So I'd rather eat more vegetables than rice.
Exercise is actually very simple. I walk on the treadmill for half an hour every day, but I walk very fast. I can't run. I'm out of breath after running for a while, but if I walk fast, I can persist. Half an hour is about 2-2.5 kilometers, which is about this speed. It's not easy, but it's not tiring to live. But you should stick to it and practice every day. Don't be afraid to exercise your muscles. Where can I get fat? I am still muscular. When I was fat, my legs were too tight to pinch, but I lost weight. Although it is not very thin, the pants are also 4 or 5 yards smaller. Wait until the fat is gone before you try to deal with the muscles.
In fact, it only took me two or three months to lose weight, and I lost 20 pounds (actually, I don't think it was very painful). Then it returned to normal. Breakfast and lunch are normal, but my stomach is small, so I definitely don't eat as much as before, and I don't want to eat so much. And you will have self-discipline after you lose weight, and no one wants to gain weight back. But I still don't eat dinner. Fat people are the most taboo to eat dinner, so I still only eat two meals in the morning and noon (in fact, it's mainly meat, (* _ *) hee hee ... I'm a carnivore). I play ball occasionally. Occasionally, I will walk for half an hour and an hour on impulse. The last shift was usually busy, but it has lost weight after one year 10 kg. In this way, the body will reach a balance.
In fact, losing weight is like this. There are no shortcuts: appetite, exercise and persistence.
It's about persistence
Can stand without sitting, can sit without lying down. Eat less snacks and walk more. If you are a student, you should study harder. The brain consumes the most calories. As long as you are willing, you can think of many things that make you in a state of consumption. If I like shopping, I will continue shopping, but I won't go out without eating, so I can eat any favorite snacks as a meal or two to satisfy my desire.
