At present, there are 64 doctoral supervisors in the whole school, which is relatively backward in Beijing universities and universities directly under the Ministry of Education. In fact, the discipline construction of Huadian still has a long way to go. Based on the analysis of the current situation of doctoral programs and doctoral supervisors, this paper briefly discusses how Huadian discipline can truly achieve leap-forward development.
First, the status quo of doctoral programs and the number of doctoral supervisors in key universities in China
Absolute quantity comparison
Huadian currently has 14 doctoral programs and 64 doctoral supervisors, ranking lower among universities directly under the Ministry of Education, as well as among key universities in Beijing. It is still low in the ranking of "265,438+065,438+0 Project" colleges, key universities directly under the state ministries and commissions and some provincial key universities. From this point of view, the number of doctoral programs and doctoral supervisors of Huadian is relatively small, which has not yet reached the average level of key universities, and its position in key universities in China is low.
