A group does not count as a component according to the number.
Simply put, the group is equal to the number of times you exercise.
Take push-ups, for example. The coach asks you to practice four sets of push-ups (that is, do four push-ups). The first group, do it as many times as possible, then do the second group after rest, then do the third group after rest, and so on, divided into one group, two groups, three groups and four groups. . . Each group tries their best to do as much as possible.
There is also a weight-bearing exercise, which can adjust an appropriate weight according to the amount you can bear, generally between 8- 15 in each group and divided into 4-6 groups.
This is what is often said in fitness group training. If only one group of exercises is not enough, it will not achieve good results at all, so we must train in groups.
