How to save iwatch training records
Iwatch training records can be saved automatically.

Getting started: When you set up AppleWatch, you will be asked if you want to configure the fitness record application. If you choose not to configure, you can configure it the first time you open the fitness record application in the future. Open the fitness record app on AppleWatch. Swipe left to see descriptions of activities, workouts, and standing, then tap Start. Use the digital crown to set your gender, age, height, weight and whether you use a wheelchair. Select an activity level and start the activity. Br> Check the progress: Open the "Fitness Record" App on AppleWatch at any time to check your fitness status. The workout recording application will display three rings. The red "activity" circle indicates the calories you burn when you are active. The green "exercise" circle indicates how long you have been doing a certain intensity of fitness exercise. The blue "standing" circle indicates the number of times you stand and move for at least one minute every hour in a day. To view the fitness history: Open the fitness app on iPhone, and then tap Summary. Tap the Fitness History area, tap the Calendar button, and then tap the date.
