Can fitness improve immunity?
I have been working out for two months, so I may be qualified to answer this question.

First, fitness will improve your immunity. It is really important to have a little exercise in life. Sitting for a long time often makes you feel tired and heavy, which leads to poor endurance. I used to have a little cold and diarrhea easily. After two months of fitness, I feel a lot lighter and some minor problems are reduced.

Second, fitness will make your mental state better. After fitness makes your physical state better, your mental state will naturally improve. You won't be so dull, you will become full of energy.

Third, fitness must not be interrupted casually. I used to work out for three days and take a week off. This will not only have no effect on fitness, but also make it difficult for you to have the motivation to go to fitness after a period of rest. So we must learn self-discipline, and once we do it, we must persist for a long time.

Fourth, we should pay attention to methods in fitness. It is difficult to be effective if you don't pay attention to the method of fitness, and it is easy to cause harm to your body. For example, you must stretch before running, otherwise it will easily cause joint sprain and calf muscle thickening.
