Solution:
1. Supplement protein in the body, such as eating more foods with high protein content such as soybean milk, eggs, beef, pork and fish.
2. Continue to maintain the previous intensity training and cannot relax. The more painful it is, the faster the muscle evolves. After the pain symptoms are slightly relieved or disappeared, increase the intensity training.
3. When training, you should pay attention to the training of the same muscle group not more than twice in a week, and the intensity depends on your own situation. In addition, the 15 group should not exceed.
4. Overcome your weaknesses and don't make excuses for yourself. If you don't practice at intervals, your muscles will degenerate again, and it will be sour if you practice again.
