Mingsha Mountain in Hami is located on the grassland between Nanshan and Beishan in the East Tianshan Mountains. The relative height is 35 to 1 15 meters, and the length from north to south is about 5 kilometers. The Tamshui River and the Wicker River meander on both sides of the sand mountain. Standing on the Tianshan Temple, you can have a bird's eye view of it. Due to the special geographical environment and temperature conditions here, when tourists lie motionless on the beach and the wind blows the sand, the sound made by the sand seems to be crying, like a flute, sad and low. When tourists slide the sand, the sand rolls down, rubs against each other, the sound waves vibrate, and the sand whistle rumbles, like an airplane passing through the air.
