Dou said that the bathing time varies from person to person, depending on the amount of exercise, and should be properly controlled according to their own specific conditions. In addition, pay attention to the water temperature. Proper water temperature can accelerate human metabolism, regulate the body and make the body excited. Generally speaking, the concentration of lactic acid in blood can be reduced by tolerating hot bath with high temperature, but if the water temperature is too high, it will lead to fatigue because of the large energy consumption in the body.

Therefore, coach Dou's suggestion is that for most ordinary bodybuilders, the water temperature of bathing is 40-42 degrees Celsius, and the time is generally 10- 15 minutes, the longest time is no more than 20 minutes, and it is best not to exceed twice a day. Taking a bath for too long and taking a bath frequently will be counterproductive to eliminating fatigue.
