I can't bring a pack of cigarettes a day. I feel dizzy every day and can't concentrate on what I want to do. Later, I changed the decompression method to running, fun run.

Why did you choose fun run? Because fun run doesn't delay my time to do graduation project and find a job during the day, it can also relieve my fatigue sitting in front of the computer this day, and I can completely relax when I sleep at night. I don't have to think about things that are not in my head every day. To be honest, the decompression effect is great.

Then, I insisted on the fun run for more than a year, and after entering the workplace, I persisted for more than half a year. With continuous running, my most obvious feeling is that my body has become lighter than before, not weight, but lightness, which should be what I mean by total relaxation. If I have to make an analogy, I feel that I can jump much farther than before, and I haven't measured it specially, but I can definitely jump farther than when I exercise my strength.

I feel less comfortable when I exercise my muscles and strength than when I run. I can only feel the increase of strength every day, but I never feel relaxed. And when measuring vital capacity, it is obviously hundreds more than before.

Therefore, these two kinds of sports give me the feeling of strength exercise, which is more inclined to limbs, or muscles; Jogging is not only an exercise outside the body, but also an improvement of the performance of various organs in the body. By the way, there is another important and obvious place, that is, my new girlfriend and I can last longer every night, which is about 20 minutes longer. Well, it's obvious.
