What mistakes have you made in fitness that no one has taught you?
There are too many mistakes in the process of fitness. At first, I thought that as long as I exercised, my muscles would be as strong as a great god, so I took the liberty of doing various exercises.

It's like fishing for three days and drying the net for two days. It's much more fun to skip training and go out to the movies if you have nothing to do. This also caused me to exercise for a year without any change, and my muscle strength did not increase significantly.

Later, I began to wake up slowly, and it didn't work. That's just a waste of my youth. Then learn all kinds of fitness gods, using his fitness method today and another person's fitness method tomorrow.

This also leads to the confusion of one's own practice. Before a place's muscles have been fully exercised, it has already started the next stage of exercise, and it took about half a year to realize that this kind of exercise is not helpful.

Just when I was particularly distressed, I found that the most fundamental mistake was that I thought that as long as I exercised, my muscles would grow gradually, which was very wrong.

It is necessary not only to exercise, but also to let the muscles breathe rhythmically, to give full play to their strength and quality, and to control their diet in moderation, so as to grow high-quality muscles.

In the later period, I began to discover the importance of private education. A coach is constantly pointing you in the wrong direction, with your progress. It is inevitable that a person will take many detours when practicing alone.

I spent a year and a half trying to make mistakes, and found that there were more and more mistakes, not fewer and fewer, so I hired a tutor and the results were good. Within six months, the muscle growth I wanted finally came out.
