See if Sports Health > Settings > has turned on the "Cell Phone Step Count" switch in "Others". And "Settings > Privacy & Security > Boot Auto Start >" is "Sports Health" turned off? If so, "sports health" will not be started after restarting the mobile phone, and normal step counting can only be carried out after opening the sports health app, so it is recommended to set this switch to ON.
