The new site of Shijiazhuang Zoo is located in the northwest of Dujiazhuang Village, Huolu Town, Luquan City, Hebei Province. Located at the junction of Taihang Mountain system and North China Plain, it belongs to hilly area. It is 0/7.5 km east of Shijiazhuang City, adjacent to Shitai Expressway in the south, connected to Bailuyuan Zhizhuang Forest Farm in the west, and connected to National Highway 307 in the north, forming a tourist belt in the west of the provincial capital with Baoduzhai, Beaulieu Lake, Fenglongshan, Cangyanshan, Tianguishan and Wuyuezhai.
