After Nanxuan Middle School officially started construction on February 15, 2009, in order to let the teachers and students of Nanxuan Middle School teach and study in a comfortable and beautiful new campus as soon as possible, the vast number of aid workers in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province overcame the difficulties of tight time, heavy tasks and great pressure with incredible speed, and completed the main part of the teaching building project in only 73 days. The aid workers said that the new campus of Nanxuan Middle School should be built into a representative project of Nanjing aid projects.

2010 65438+1October 8th, the new nanxuan was completed. Relevant leaders of Mianzhu City, Jiangsu Charity Federation, aid workers of Nanjing Aid Construction Headquarters and teachers and students of the whole school attended the completion ceremony.

The new campus is Suzhou garden style, covering an area of 136 mu, more than 20 mu than the old campus. Total investment10.60 billion yuan. The school complex building is the main building group rebuilt after the earthquake, with a construction area of more than 20,000 square meters and a five-story full-frame structure. It consists of teaching area, office area and experimental area, which can accommodate 3000 students in 60 classes. Clear functional zoning provides students with a superior learning environment.

After the earthquake, Nanxuan Temple, a historic site in the school, was reinforced and an antique function room was added. The courtyard is picturesque, with pavilions, small bridges and flowing water. It is set up as a school history showroom, honor room and library. Yang Rui, one of the six gentlemen in the library building during the Reform Movement of 1898, wrote a couplet of "Looking up at Beidou and learning to worship Nanxuan", which lasts forever.

There are four stone monuments in the ancient temple, and the rightmost one was newly excavated during the reconstruction of Nanxuan Building. This paper records the donation of Mianzhu towns to repair Nanxuan Temple in the sixth year of Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty.

On the other side of the campus, there is a strong modern atmosphere. The investment of standard sports ground is nearly10 million yuan, covering an area of 9,000 square meters. Not far away, an indoor playground and a three-story frame grid structure are being built, with an investment of more than 20 million yuan. There are indoor basketball courts, badminton courts, table tennis courts and gyms, outdoor volleyball courts, basketball courts, badminton courts and Deyang's only standard six-a-side hockey field. It is expected to be fully completed before May this year 12.

On the left side of the playground is the Art Building, with a total area of 4,000m2 and three floors. Art classroom (including piano room, art room, music room and dance room) is a special building for art students to train and study in school.
