Improve competitiveness
Allocating time to exercise, working hard and controlling diet all require very strong internal motivation. If your psychological quality is not strong enough, there are many examples of giving up! Crossfit training experience

As for Crossfit, Crossfit is one of the lowest sports with the best body shaping effect (boxing is another). It is short-term aerobic exercise, and it can also exercise muscles. Invincible body shaping, losing weight and exercising abdominal muscles is really great!
Another reason I like crossfit is that I can train with others and encourage each other when I feel I can't hold on any longer.
