Does staying up late affect the fitness plan?
I think it has a certain impact, but because everyone's physique is different, the situation will be different. First of all, staying up late is definitely harmful to your health. If you get injured after staying up late, the fitness plan will definitely fail to achieve the expected results. Also, if you want to lose weight, you must not stay up late. Staying up late can easily lead to obesity. It will make your body's various metabolic functions work abnormally, so that the metabolic intensity of a body that you should have achieved during exercise will not be reached.

I had such an experience once. Last summer vacation, I got a summer card in the gym near our home, and I plan to lose weight during that holiday. In the first few days, I went running and doing sit-ups every day, and then I took a bicycle lesson. In those days, my weight was falling every day, losing a few pounds a day. I seem to have lost three or four pounds in those days. Anyway, I think I'm losing weight quickly. However, after a few days, the weight not only did not continue to decline, but increased. Later, I heard from an aunt who exercised regularly that sometimes bad diet and sleep habits will affect the effect of your daytime exercise. After listening to it, I realized that I stayed up too late in those days and my diet was irregular.

Anyway, my weight loss plan is affected by staying up late. Although I'm not 100% sure whether it will affect your fitness plan, I still think it's best not to stay up late. After all, staying up late is bad for your health. If you exercise, you will definitely be better and more obvious when you are in good health.
