Purpose and significance of the project:

Table tennis has a broad mass base and profound cultural background in China. It not only brings us exercise and entertainment, but more importantly, it embodies the enterprising spirit of our people. At the same time, table tennis is also a very popular ball game for children. It is very interesting and entertaining, skillful in playing and changeable in actual combat, so it is deeply loved by children.

Table tennis is characterized by its small ball, high speed, strong rotation and various changes, and it is a technical sport. The requirements for technical movements and ball control are very delicate. Different from skill-based and antagonistic events, technical actions are more complicated, and actions and technologies are interrelated and mutually promoted. It takes a long time to finalize the technical movements of table tennis, and the period of sports training is long. Moreover, this sport requires athletes' physical coordination, flexibility, sense of rhythm and reaction ability.

At present, there are many amateur training places in society, and there are few requirements for the rationality and professionalism of youth training methods. How to popularize reasonable training methods for teenagers and guide the general training (training) trend in society? Through the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, combined with my years of teaching experience, this paper puts forward professional and convenient enlightenment teaching methods to correct the irregular teaching in society and provide theoretical reference for popularizing the enlightenment teaching of table tennis children in the future.

Research status at home and abroad:

Domestic situation: the reason why table tennis is enduring in China is precisely because there are many scientific professional training methods to support it. China has many world-renowned excellent coaches and top training methods to train professional organizations (such as provincial teams and national teams). However, the research on popular and relatively professional methods of children's enlightenment is still lacking. Although new teaching methods such as outline teaching (Xu Yao 2008- 10 "Sports Science and Technology Literature Bulletin") have been developed, they still can't keep up with the popularity of table tennis among teenagers, and are currently promoting professional children.

Present situation abroad: Most European and American countries still let children's table tennis develop freely, and do not pay attention to the specialization and popularization of table tennis. Japanese, Korean and other Asian countries attach great importance to the development of table tennis, gradually introduce China's training methods, and study the imitation and improvement of training according to local characteristics.
