To study and formulate relevant policies to adjust labor relations; Responsible for the management of labor contracts and collective contracts and the review of collective contracts; Responsible for the audit of labor contracts; Responsible for handling labor disputes in the city; To guide and supervise the work of county and district labor dispute handling institutions; Guide the work of the labor dispute mediation institution of the employing unit, and organize the handling of mass emergencies that have a significant impact on labor relations; Study and formulate local labor dispute arbitration regulations, and establish and improve the labor dispute handling system.

(six) labor security supervision department (labor security complaint acceptance center)

Supervise and inspect the implementation of labor and social insurance laws and regulations, and exercise the state labor security supervision and inspection rights according to law; Formulate and organize the implementation of labor and social insurance supervision and inspection norms, and guide and supervise the work of county and district labor and social insurance supervision and inspection institutions; Accepting reports and complaints, organizing investigation and handling, and participating in the investigation and handling of major cases in violation of labor and social insurance laws and regulations; Responsible for the annual review of labor security in the city. (7) Policy and Regulation Section

Implement national and provincial laws and regulations on labor and social insurance, and study and formulate local regulations on labor and social insurance; To undertake the legal affairs of this bureau and handle administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation cases of labor and social insurance; Responsible for handling social insurance administrative disputes; Responsible for law enforcement supervision, law popularization, labor and social insurance legal publicity and consultation.
