What course is physical fitness?
Generally speaking, it refers to the process that the human body has enough physical strength and energy to cope with daily work and life and emergencies without feeling tired.

Physical fitness is a comprehensive term, including physical quality and adaptability, such as strength, responsiveness, discrimination, hand-eye coordination and so on. Children's physique, as its name implies, is the application of the above concepts to children, which means that children have the ability to cope with daily life and other core qualities.

Curriculum system and form of children's physical fitness;

Children aged 3-6 are the main audience of children's physique (this range can be discussed, different practitioners have different views, and some will say that this range is narrow and can expand the age group). Children of this age are in the process of physical and mental development, so the upper limit of physical fitness, attention, obedience and the ability to abide by rules are all in the process of gradual improvement.

Simple and repetitive training movements (suitable for adult fitness) are not suitable for children of this age. Children will find boring training movements extremely boring, and lose patience and interest after a few classes. Some weight-bearing equipment exercises cannot be used for children, because their musculoskeletal development is incomplete, and weight-bearing exercises are easy to cause injuries.

The form of the course should not be monotonous. If children are only allowed to run, jump and throw repeatedly in each class, they will feel bored even if they use the teaching AIDS in the venue for a long time. Remember, children's physical fitness audience is only children aged 3-6, so we should respect their nature. Children's nature is nothing more than fun and curiosity about the world.
