How long does the gym rest?
Large muscle groups such as chest, back and legs can rest for 1 min, while small muscle groups such as shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms and calves can rest for about 30 seconds to 1 min. Abdominal muscles can rest for about half a minute.

Large muscle groups: chest, back and legs.

Large muscle groups can exercise once a week.

Small muscle groups: shoulder, biceps, triceps, forearm, calf and abdominal muscles.

Small muscle groups can be arranged twice a week.

The calf and forearm muscles belong to tolerance muscles and can be arranged three times a week.
