If you just want to keep fit and build some muscles, you can do it once a day/kloc-0. If you want to engage in bodybuilding, you can practice it twice a day! Chest muscles: dumbbell flat bench press, dumbbell flying bird. Abdominal muscles, abdomen, and anti-abdomen (sit-ups without abdomen are effective).
