The only fitness that affects the heart is hard pulling, but it is not among the "squats, bench presses, dumbbells, push-ups and sit-ups" you want to practice. Feel free to practice.
But only if you warm up and stretch your joints and muscles.
Most importantly, I suggest you control your temper. If you want to exercise, it shows that you care about your health, but a bad temper is the most harmful to your health.
