I'm Xiaoji, the mother of an office worker. I usually like reading, mind mapping and Zen painting, but now I have unlocked a new skill-fitness.
What is the purpose of participating in the fat-reducing camp?
Develop exercise habits.
I am a sedentary person, and I always feel pain in my cervical spine and back recently, which is the sequela of laziness and lack of exercise. My body tells me it's time to exercise.
There is a saying that whether you can stick to fitness depends on how far your home is from the gym. I also applied for a fitness card before, and I went there less than 10 times. It takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to prepare and exercise, so Ma Bao, an office worker, can't afford to get hurt.
The biggest advantage of attending training camp for me is that I can exercise at home. I can do several groups of hiit when Xiong Haizi is still awake, and I can exercise with my children at night. When doing strength training, she will also put a yoga mat beside me to practice splits, and sometimes we can do open and close jumps together, which can not only exercise but also have parent-child time. Don't be too awesome ~
2. What changes have been made in participating in the training camp?
Because my own weight base is not particularly large, I lost four pounds, my waist and abdomen lost six centimeters and my leg circumference lost two centimeters.
At first, my family didn't support saying that I wasn't fat and didn't need to lose weight, but couldn't people have a vest line? Later, my family saw that I paid so much attention to diet that I gradually stopped talking. It doesn't matter what others say, what matters is knowing what you want. )
In order to facilitate fitness, there is very little room at home (in fact, I am lazy). Every time you put a yoga mat on your body, you should collect it. Later, I cleaned the bay window and put a yoga mat on it, creating a small piece of exclusive exercise space for myself. I see the shiny orange yoga mat as soon as I enter the room every day, reminding me to send my mobile phone to exercise.
How to treat practicing three points and eating seven points?
Eating is a very, very important thing for fitness. There is a truth, delicious food is not conducive to weight loss.
When I first learned to cook fitness meals, I couldn't tell which kind of food I belonged to. I often asked the teacher, can I eat this or that? Is it carbohydrate or dietary fiber? I can't tell the difference between stupidity and stupidity. Later, I used the online app to try to cook various healthy and nutritious foods for myself, and also unlocked some vegetables that can be eaten raw, such as okra, purple cabbage, colored pepper and carrot.
Tasting food itself is also a good attempt.
Lunch at work can't be light and nutritious, so we make lunch together in the morning and start a foreign life with lunch boxes at work. I hope I can unlock more food skills in the future and live up to the high-value lunch box.
Draw the food you often eat into a mind map and stick it on the refrigerator, so you don't have to worry about how to eat it in the morning.
It is easier to exercise by drawing actions that you can't remember names into your mind map.
What do you want to say about fitness?
1. Say goodbye to perfectionism.
I am a virgo type A blood, a typical perfectionist. Later, I learned that sometimes excessive pursuit of perfection will make you fall into one pit after another. In order to achieve your desired goal, you should finish it first, and then pursue perfection.
2. Look at your emotions and know yourself.
Every day, countless ideas come out of our hearts, some positive and some negative, so we should constantly be aware of all kinds of different ideas in ourselves.
Analyze when you don't want to exercise. Under what circumstances is it easy to overeat? When this happens again, is there a better alternative? Constantly complete the reconciliation with your inner wayward child.
3. Don't quit prematurely
When we try new things, we will always encounter all kinds of difficulties. Different people will quit when they hit the wall different times. However, our emotional brain is relatively primitive after all, and it is not necessarily reliable to judge the difficulty of things only by the number of times we hit the wall.
If you encounter difficulties, you might as well use the internet and the wisdom of the group to see what others thought and did at that time. In most cases, you are not alone.
The problems you have encountered have already been encountered by others. The pits you have stepped on are the footprints of predecessors. Not only will you not quit because you can't find a clue and a way out.
Ask yourself whether your decision to quit smoking is based on enough information, whether you have done enough research, or at least whether you have simply used search engines.
Early withdrawal is the root of all failures.
Decision itself has no magic, and it won't make you a better yourself.
Amazingly, after you make a decision, you finish that decision day after day.
The simplest example: you decide to go to the gym, find a coach and pay the money, which is nothing. But then you really go every day, no matter how busy you are at work or how hard you train, you stick to your teeth, which is a bit fierce.
What can make you grow new wings is the day and night you work hard for fitness, such as giving up the time to watch the play, studying theoretical knowledge seriously, getting rid of meaningless dinners, analyzing your own advantages and disadvantages, finding suitable exercise methods, setting achievable goals, and seeing the changes brought by fitness from the inside out.
A girl I know spent two and a half years completing CFA Level 1, 2 and 3 in order to switch to finance. One detail she said impressed me deeply: before preparing for the exam, she spent a year and a half thinking about whether to take CFA exam while working. Once she made a decision, she gave up all the entertainment time, even went for a walk and went to the toilet to review the topic.
You see, it's easy to make a decision regardless, but it's more valuable to make a decision that suits your heart after thinking clearly and go all out to implement it.
