Jiagou Village is located 2.5 kilometers southwest of Cejing Township. There are 268 households in the village with 1 160 people and 930 mu of cultivated land. The main sources of income are planting and going out to work. Under the leadership of the cadres of the two committees of the village, a mass activity place with an area of 5,000 square meters, which integrates entertainment and fitness, has planted 200 landscape trees and more than 500 flowers and plants, and installed several groups of fitness equipment.

Jiagou Village is adjacent to Kangchuan Village, Beipenshui Village, Bashi County Village, Changzhuang Village, Xinzhuang Village, Hou Jing Village, Sheshen Village, Tongyuanjing Village, Suohui Village, Cailin Village, Xiaonangou Village, Gaoyao Village, Weizhuang Village and Cejing Southwest Street Village.

There are Luan Feng Temple in Shahe, Hongshigou Leisure Ecological Farm, Yangguang, Wudang Mountain in the north of Shahe River and Wang Ying Village in Shahe River near Jiagou Village. There are red millet, racecourse pear, Shahe sparerib, Shahe walnut, Xisuzhuang thin-skinned walnut and other specialties.
