Renovation of Lingyin Scenic Spot
For a long time, scenic spots have been faced with the problems of mixed rural and residential areas, lagging infrastructure, serious pollution, and many historical and cultural attractions and Buddhist temples have not been effectively protected and utilized. To this end, Hangzhou began to implement the Lingyin Scenic Area Integration Project in 2006, which will be implemented in two years. The total planned area is 257.7 hectares. On the basis of maintaining and improving the ecological environment, the overall goal of the project is to rationally plan, transform rural houses, expand activity space, increase recreation content and improve infrastructure, so that Xinlingyin Scenic Area can not only maintain the traditional features of Buddhist resorts, but also meet the needs of modern tourism culture, and become an eco-religious cultural tourist attraction with historical culture and Buddhist culture as the theme, relying on natural landscape, integrating historical culture, stone carving art, Buddhist culture, folk customs, sightseeing and leisure.

In 2006, the infrastructure, road system and main entrance of the scenic spot were mainly implemented, Baile Bridge and Tianzhu Block in Lingyin Village were renovated, some historical landscapes were restored, woodlands and tea gardens were protected, mountain streams and streams in the scenic spot were comprehensively renovated and dredged, bridges were connected, and various public facilities were improved, which achieved phased results and was fully affirmed.

In 2007, the transformation of surplus rural houses and infrastructure, the water diversion project of Lingyin scenic spot, the renovation of streams and the improvement of traffic, and the remaining 32 Lingyin scenic spots such as Tianzhu Xiangcheng, Fayun Ancient Village and Bai Le Renjia were implemented.

After nearly two years of renovation, Lingyin Scenic Area has taken on a new look: all the original narrow lanes and rugged parking lots in the scenic area have been renovated, and some parking lots and battery lanes have been newly built, which greatly meets the needs of sightseeing in the scenic area, relieves the parking problems of tourists and local villagers in Lingyin Scenic Area to a great extent, and completes the landscape stream renovation, water diversion project and water circulation system in Nanjian and Beijian, restores the original dry water features in the scenic area and improves the natural landscape. Lingyin Temple, Faxi Temple, Fajing Temple, Fajing Temple, yongfu temple Temple, Sino-Indian Temple and other temples have also been updated and repaired during the renovation. The restored Fayun Ancient Village, Tianzhu Shixiang, Buddhist College, Zen Temple and other scenic spots are scattered in the scenic area to welcome the general public and tourists, and the temple is more "prosperous"; The illegal buildings (structures) in Lingyin Scenic Area have been demolished, and the rural houses that are not in harmony with the landscape have been rectified and replaced by the traditional West Lake mountain residence with unified white walls and black tiles. There are green pavements in front of every household, and all roads can lead to the main road. The control lines of infrastructure, supporting facilities, electricity, communication, street lamps and monitoring in rural residential areas have all been "upgraded", and new fitness venues and monitoring lines have been built. Nowadays, many villagers have set up teahouses, fragrant markets and farmhouse hotels. The goal of attracting more and more local residents and foreign tourists and making the people more "rich" is gradually being realized.

In addition, following the restoration of 12 scenic spots such as Beifeng Tea Rhyme, Hejian Heavy Bell, Yu Ye Heavy Spring, Lingjiufei, Lengquan Simiao, Yubeiting, Lingyin Temple, Faxi Temple, Fajing Temple, yongfu temple Temple and Sino-Indian Temple last year, we will continue to pay close attention to the construction of the remaining 20 scenic spots except Bai Le Renjia, Tianzhu Shixiang and Fayun in 2007.
