Is there something wrong with fitness?
Yes, it's not fair, is it? But that's the truth.

I just belong to the more difficult kind. I'm so stressed. I don't know what makes my body so difficult, and I can't ask.

Tell me why. (Personal views are for reference only)

Let's talk about some basic places that everyone can think of.

Everyone's detailed indicators such as muscle content, bone composition, water content and fat content are different. Although I'm not a professional, I guess all these will be influenced by sports, and at the same time affect sports.

Another is that everyone exercises in different ways. The first thing to say is whether everyone is a professional fitness instructor and has a very rich and constantly updated fitness knowledge, then this is a problem that everyone will have: the effect caused by inadequate fitness movements cannot be fully achieved.

Of course, everyone's fitness movements are not in place, so the effect will of course vary from person to person.

Give a very simple example. If two people exercise in the same way, the movements are exactly the same, and even from the appearance, will they definitely practice the same effect?

The answer is no, why? This will talk about another important thing that fitness can't do without, diet. There is a saying that if you practice one point, you will get nine points. What you eat and absorb (maybe I invented it) is really too important for people who have a purpose in fitness. It's like, as you sow, you reap. What kind of trees you want to plant, what kind of fertilizer you want to apply and what kind of soil you want to use.

If you practice well and eat badly, the effect will not be in place.
