The method of practicing standing piles is simple:
1, stand quietly with your feet flat and shoulder width;
2. The center of gravity is at Yongquan point in the front palm;
3. The upper body can be kept naturally loose and straight;
4. Hands naturally hang down beside thighs;
5, the armpit is empty, and the elbow joint is slightly curved.
After standing in the above position, keep relaxed naturally.
Practice from 5 minutes and gradually increase to 30 minutes.
