According to the plan, the Binhai Pedestrian Road starts from Tuandao Ring Road in the west and ends at Shilaoren Park in the east, with a total length of about 36.9 kilometers. According to the location of the city, the coastal pedestrian walkway project can be roughly divided into three phases:

Now we come to Huiquan Bay Scenic Area, which features bathing beaches and marine entertainment. Taiping Bay Scenic Area is a pure pedestrian walkway, and the paving materials are wood and natural stone that reflect the natural and pleasant characteristics. It is mainly characterized by Qingdao's distinctive characteristics and coastal wild tourism. From west to east, the scenic spots that can be visited on this pedestrian walkway mainly include: the second bathing beach, the coastal wilderness exploration area and so on. The main scenic spots that can be seen are: Badaguan, Taipingjiao Historical Scenic Area, Huiquanjiao, Taipingjiao, Taiping Mountain, and the perspective of the big and small public islands. The reef shoreline of Taiping Cape landscape node is unique. The main style of this part is to create an atmosphere that is in harmony with the human landscape, centering on the architecture of Huashi Villa. The coastal highway paved with red firebricks, cyan marble slabs and wood has a variety of customs and changes in an orderly manner, giving people a romantic color. Combined with the landscape characteristics of this section, different natural landscape areas such as surrounding the sea, watching the sea and loving the sea have been built. The two tourist spots in Little Square provide enough places and space for tourists. For the convenience of tourists, wooden seats, street lamps, garbage bins and other facilities are set up around the pedestrian plaza and on the road for tourists to rest.

All the way from Huashi Mountain Villa to Taiping Corner is overhead with wood-like concrete columns, and the plank is paved to form an overhead wooden plank road. The small wooden bridge adds a unique charm to the seaside. Visitors can stroll on the bridge deck or enjoy the boundless sea by holding the railing.
