I often wear sneakers in my life. How to maintain sports shoes?
In life, we go out for a walk, run and go to the gym, all wearing sports shoes. If we wear them for a long time, it will inevitably deform. So how should I maintain it?

1. If your sneakers are dirty, you can use a brush dipped in detergent. Be careful not to use too much force when brushing shoes, and you can't use nails or other sharp tools to pick the creases on your shoes. The soaking time should not exceed 20 minutes (the sneakers on the leather surface should not be soaked in water), and then they should be rinsed with clean water. When drying, don't directly expose to the sun, but put the toe cap and sole against the wall in a ventilated and cool place to dry naturally, so as to prevent moisture from soaking into the foam layer of shoes. Direct sunlight or blow-drying with a hair dryer will shorten the life of shoes.

If you don't wear shoes for a long time after washing, clean them thoroughly and store them in a ventilated and cool place to avoid mildew. The inner side of the shoe should be supported by a shoe support (paper ball) to prevent deformation.

3. Athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who often need training or going out should prepare more than two pairs of sports shoes for replacement. Don't wear jogging shoes or jogging shoes for strenuous exercise, such as playing basketball and football. This kind of sport needs special basketball shoes. The artificial leather and nylon net on shoes are easy to maintain and sailors can wash them. Remember not to soak in water or use the washing machine. When washing shoes, take off your shoelaces and wash them with soap, and so do the insoles.

note:

When drying white shoes, you can wet them all with a few paper towels, then cover them and whiten them with fluorescent agent on the paper, so that the white shoes will not turn yellow!

Mesh shoes should be wiped from the inside out with old toothbrush water. If the mesh cloth is located at the toes, it should be brushed in the direction of the shoes facing the toes. In this way, the residual dirt on shoes will be greatly reduced.

Wet the leather shoes with pure cotton cloth, and then gently wipe them after wringing, so that the dirt on the leather shoes can be wiped clean, and it is forbidden to rub them hard.
