Stainless steel pipe fittings's processing method?
Stainless steel pipe fittings is a kind of pipe fittings, made of stainless steel, so it is called stainless steel pipe fittings. Including stainless steel elbow, stainless steel tee, stainless steel cross, stainless steel reducer, stainless steel pipe cap, etc. According to the connection mode, it can be divided into four categories: socket stainless steel pipe fittings, threaded stainless steel pipe fittings, flanged stainless steel pipe fittings and welded stainless steel pipe fittings.

Stainless steel pipe fittings is a new type of pipe fitting with a wide range of uses. Generally speaking, the treatment method is as follows:

1. Forging method: the end or part of the pipe is pressed and stretched with a forging press to reduce the outer diameter. Commonly used forging presses are rotary, connecting rod and roller.

2. Rolling method: put the core into the stainless steel tube, and roll the outer side to process the round edge.

3. Stamping method: use the conical core on the punch to expand the pipe end to the required size and shape.

4. Bending forming method: There are three common methods, one is called stretching method, the other is called punching method, and the third is called rolling method. There are 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers and an adjusting roller, and the finished pipe fittings are bent by adjusting the fixed roller distance.

5. Rolling method: generally no mandrel is needed, which is suitable for the inner circle edge of thick-walled pipe.

6. Bulging method: one is to put rubber in the tube and compress it with a punch to make the tube bulge; Another method is hydraulic bulging, in which liquid is filled in the middle of the pipe, and the pipe is expanded into the required shape by liquid pressure. This method is mainly used to produce corrugated pipes.
