Need to open the time interface, to set the functions inside, the specific operation is as follows:

1. In the clock interface, click "Digital Crown" to return to the main interface. 2. Find the green icon in the main interface, where there is a little black boy running. 3. After clicking, there are many sports, so choose the one you want to do. 4. For example, I choose an outdoor bicycle, and after driving, I can measure the duration, heart rate, average speed, total height and distance. 5. Swipe to the right to see buttons such as lock, new training and stop. You can also pause or continue by pressing the side button and the digital crown at the same time.

Physical fitness training route and pace: 1. Open the Fitness app on the iPhone. 2. Tap Summary, tap a physical training session, and then tap the map thumbnail that appears below Maps. 3. The route is suitable for outdoor walking, hiking, running, swimming in open water or riding physical training. The color in the route indicates your speed, green indicates the fastest speed, and red indicates the slowest speed. 5. To view the route, you must turn on route tracking. You can turn on route tracking when you set up AppleWatch, or you can turn it on at any time in the future. On AppleWatch: settings > privacy > location services > AppleWatch fitness training, and then tap "while the app is in use". On iPhone: settings > privacy > location services > AppleWatch fitness training, and then tap during application use.
