Just wear short-sleeved shorts with good sweat absorption and perspiration. There are usually sporting goods stores. Don't wear pure cotton clothes, it will not sweat easily, and it will be very uncomfortable in the future, which will make the equipment sweat.

If you have enough time, you'd better exercise at 4-6 pm.

In training, if you exercise five days a week and rest for two days, you will exercise your chest muscles and triceps brachii on the first day, your back muscles and biceps brachii on the second day, your deltoid muscles on the third day, your leg muscles on the fourth day and your abdomen on the fifth day. Abdominal muscles need to be practiced frequently, so it's best to do several sets of abdominal rolls and supine leg lifts after each training to make abdominal muscles practice faster, and then strengthen them once a week.

It doesn't matter if the equipment doesn't work. Each muscle can do 4-5 movements at a time. On the first day, you can get familiar with the use of each device. Generally, it will indicate the basic movements and the location of the muscle groups you exercise. If you don't understand, you can ask the travel coach. After getting familiar with it twice, you can arrange what to practice each time by yourself.
