When I talk about running, swimming and cycling, what do I talk about?
Running, swimming and cycling are called "three major aerobic exercises" and are the three most beneficial to the body.

They also have a name, called "triathlon".

Every time I run on the asphalt in running shoes and look up at the beautiful scenery and passing cars and pedestrians, I seem to have a sense of superiority.

Jogging is the best sport I know at present, and it may be one of the most attended sports in the world.

Not to mention it makes me hardly catch a cold or get sick all the year round; Not to mention it once reduced me from 220 kg to 170 kg, a full 50 kg. It just means that the pleasure it brings me is beyond the reach of other sports.

Really, I like running very much. There was a time when I liked running every day, and I kept running every day for 300 days.

I suddenly missed that feeling the other day. I thought about it all night and decided to continue my old job the next day: running every day.

I have been running for more than ten days now, and I am in good condition.

That's what people do. As long as you make up your mind to do something meaningful every day, you will never tire of it.

There is no upper limit to the running distance I set for myself. The lower limit is 2 kilometers, which means I have to run at least 2 kilometers every day, because there are always busy times, when I don't want to run, and when I feel uncomfortable. At that time, I could run 2 kilometers in ten minutes.

People always say that I am too busy. In fact, it is not difficult to spare more than ten minutes every day. Fear is what we don't like to do, because we always have time to do things or people we like. No time, maybe just an excuse, an excuse not to do it?

Taking out ten or twenty minutes to exercise every day is really an advantage compared with the healthy body obtained later.

People who like running will run whether it is windy or rainy; People who don't like running, cold weather, hot weather and poor air are all reasons not to run.

To sum up, it is three words "don't want to run".

I think running is an addictive sport. When you get through the adaptation period of one or two kilometers ahead, you can enjoy it later.

When running for a certain period of time, the human body will naturally secrete a dopamine, which is similar to a stimulant, but it is beneficial and harmless to the human body. At that moment, it was really a pleasure. I think I can run forever without getting tired. In short, an orgasm-like experience.

So running is an addictive sport, which is why many people like running for a long time.

As long as you like something, you don't need to insist; Things that need to be gnashed are usually because they don't like it.

The hardest part of every run is actually the moment you leave the house, hesitating and thinking, but as long as you put on your running shoes and walk out of the house decisively, the possibility of giving up is almost gone.

Therefore, to form a subconscious mind, once my mind reflects that I am going to run, don't hesitate for a moment, put on my sportswear and running shoes, open the door and rush out first-the rest is how far I have to run.

If you really don't want to run, you should go out-take a walk, and you want to run as soon as you leave.

I often put a pair of running shoes in the car. When I drive to a place with beautiful scenery or come for a run, I get off and change my shoes and run immediately, no matter 2 km, 3 km or 5 km. 10 km. If I don't want to run, I'll call it a day. How chic.

The real running is to integrate it into your daily life and run anytime, anywhere. This is the highest state.

I learned to swim when I was a child, about six or seven years old.

Swimming overcomes the resistance of water rather than gravity, so muscles and joints are not easily damaged, and in some ways, it is more beneficial to the human body.

I found a rule that American presidents like running and China leaders like swimming. I wonder why.

I really like the feeling of soaking in water and being massaged by water. When swimming, I enjoy the beautiful scenery around me. Of course, I mean swimming in the lake or river.

I prefer swimming outside the big water source to swimming in the indoor swimming pool. Perhaps the indoor swimming pool is too small and restrained, but swimming in the lake is unrestrained, and I can roam the world, which is more in line with my personality.

I don't like winter swimming either. I only like swimming in summer and running in winter. I think it suits me better.

Nothing is the most correct, and what is suitable is the best.

I have never asked a coach to teach me. I have been imitating others since I was a child. Like most people, I started with dog planing, then learned breaststroke, and then learned freestyle. I only learned freestyle in recent years.

I never find fault with my swimming style or speed. Even though I sometimes take part in competitions, it is important to participate in and enjoy the process.

On a hot summer day, invite one or two swimmers to jump into the lake and swim back and forth after work, enjoy the pleasure of touching the body with transparent cold water, enjoy the picturesque scenery passing by, or silently think about the happy things that happened today, or have a pleasant conversation with friends. !

The real cycling started only last year.

When I was a child, I envied others riding gearboxes. I wore a beautiful helmet and put my ass up. I don't have to push it uphill, just change the speed a little-what could be more handsome than that?

Different from running, the lower limbs are more active and labor-saving, and you can ride for a long distance. It can ride dozens or even hundreds of kilometers in a short time and enjoy more scenery along the way, which is incomparable to running and swimming.

Spent more than two thousand yuan, finally realized a childhood dream, from then on out of control.

Usually fitness running, swimming in summer, often going to the gym, time is not enough. Really take out a whole time to ride, a little nervous.

Later, I thought of a way to combine cycling with other things, which can save time.

The place where I work is about 15km from where I live. The road is flat, with few uphill and downhill slopes, which is very suitable for riding. So since last year, I have been commuting by bike for 30km every day, as long as it doesn't rain heavily, I will ride it. Whether it's the scorching summer sun or the cold winter when the north wind is howling, I will stick to it. I think it is quite substantial.

Riding for more than an hour every day sometimes seems a bit boring, so I wear headphones to listen to music or read books-of course, I must arrive at my work place unconsciously under the condition of ensuring safety, which not only exercises my body, but also increases my knowledge.

Car dealers sometimes organize some activities, such as riding to Pinglan Waterfall some time ago and preparing to go to Mayang Island in Mu Ping on National Day. It seems that they rode Qinghai Lake the year before last.

As long as time permits, I will spare no effort to participate in these activities, ride with my riders and laugh all the way-it is better to have fun with others than to have fun alone.

My immediate goal is to participate in a triathlon next year: swimming 1.5km, cycling 40km and running 10km.

It may be difficult to do it overnight.

However, life is too short to challenge yourself often.

It is said that people are naturally lazy and reject exercise, but everyone knows that exercise is good for the human body, so no matter who you are, I think you should at least develop a habit of exercise in your life.

Accustomed to this kind of thing, you may be reluctant at first, but it becomes a habit, becomes natural, and slowly becomes addicted until you can't live without it.

In that case, why not find a sport that interests you and try it from now on? Maybe it will be your lifelong friend.

Retreat and form a net is never better than fishing in the forest; Life lies not in knowing, but in doing.

May everyone have a beautiful life!
