Application conditions of fitness instructor
The conditions for fitness instructors to apply for the exam are: at least 18 years old, college degree or above in physical education; After this vocational training, I have reached the standard class hours and obtained the certificate of completion; Engaged in this occupation 1 year or above. The examination subjects of fitness instructor are: basic theory and practical skills of fitness.

The duties of a fitness instructor are: 1 to help members get familiar with and correctly try out fitness equipment; 2. Help members understand and know their physical condition; 3. Help members achieve their goals with professional knowledge; 4. Guide members to carry out long-term fitness programs to help members keep in good shape.

Fitness instructor qualification certificates are divided into national posts and national colleges, both of which have the effect of qualification certificates and are recognized by the state. National posts are divided into four levels: junior, intermediate, senior and instructor, which need to be gradual.

1. Primary fitness instructor (one of the following conditions)

(1) has reached the required standard hours of formal primary training in this occupation, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Engaged in this profession for more than 1 year, and accumulated teaching for more than 400 hours.

(3) College degree or above in physical education in colleges and universities.

2. Intermediate fitness instructor (meeting one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the formal training of this occupation intermediate, and obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, with cumulative teaching hours of 1500.

(3) Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in physical education in colleges and universities and have one year's practical work experience as a fitness coach.

(4) Obtaining the grade certificate of athletes above the first level (inclusive), and obtaining the certificate of completion after the formal training at the intermediate level of this occupation reaches the required standard.

3. Senior fitness instructor (meet one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the advanced formal training of this occupation, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(two) after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

4. Instruct division-level fitness instructors (those who meet one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of this profession, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has been formally trained by this vocational guidance teacher to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years continuously after obtaining the senior occupation qualification certificate.
