The practice of sauce shredded pork
Raw materials:

400 grams of pork, 40 grams of sweet noodle sauce, 30 grams of soup, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, proper amount of raw flour and shredded onion, and a little sugar.

Exercise:

1. Wash pork (30% fat, 70% thin), remove tendons and cut into 6 cm thick silk. Chopped onions are cut into 1.5 inch long filaments.

2. Put the shredded pork in the bowl. Add salt, soy sauce, corn starch and water and stir well. Make juice with sugar, soy sauce, powdered water and monosodium glutamate.

3. Heat the pot. When the oil is cooked until it is half-cooked, quickly stir-fry the shredded pork, add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry. Stir-fry and add the prepared juice. When the color is dark brown, sprinkle with shredded onion.
