Keep walking for 40-50 minutes at a time, including 10-20 minutes for climbing, 20-30 minutes for brisk walking, and the rest of the time for walking at normal speed. Stick to it 4-5 times a week to keep your whole body fat and thin.
Combine some anaerobic exercises, such as equipment, exercise waist, back, sit-ups and other equipment to reduce parts. If your legs are thick, you can try the elliptical machine. Aerobic+anaerobic every day is about 1 hour.
