If you have a cold and a fever, is it still suitable for daily fitness? I exercise every day now. Should I stop having a fever and catching a cold one day?
If you catch a cold, you'd better not exercise, and it's not good to exercise every day. You should give your muscles time to rest. If you practice abdominal muscles, the rest time should not exceed 48 hours, which means practicing abdominal muscles at least once every two days. The rest time of other muscles depends on your exercise level. Take a rest for 72 hours if you are strong, 48 hours if you are moderate, and 24 hours if you just exercise. Considering your physical condition, if you can recover within 24 hours after exercise, you can rest for 24 hours before exercising.
