The rest time of other muscles depends on your exercise level. Take a rest for 72 hours if you are strong, 48 hours if you are moderate, and 24 hours if you just exercise. Considering your physical condition, if you can recover within 24 hours after exercise, you can rest for 24 hours before exercising.
