Few women go to the gym to work out. It's really a pity. Even today, when there is a lot of information on the Internet, we still have women who are afraid to pick up dishes from the ground.
Women are more attracted to gyms and lose body fat through treadmills or other cardiovascular machines. Maybe people with full hands like to develop a symmetrical figure, but one is thin and one is bent. Many women rely on the gym for guidance and what actions to do to get the best exercise. That's why they choose all kinds of courses.
When I first started exercising in the gym, I was still like that. If my schedule is suitable, I want to take spinning and fitness classes. The main thing is that I don't know how to lift weights correctly (at that time), and I want some motivation. I like riding a bike, and my teacher encourages me to keep pushing myself. What I want to say is that the suction tube really prompted me to carry out permanent weight training. This is mainly because my body shape has changed, and I like the strength and muscles I am exercising. Other women may prefer yoga, pilates or even some form of dance class. The biggest advantage of the gym is that it has a wide variety and is suitable for all tastes.
Due to family and work reasons, women often spend less time going out to work than men. They really put health first, which is really important. As the saying goes, on the plane, you must put on your mask to help others.
My advice to women is:-Don't be intimidated by men scattered in the weightlifting area. Get the guidance of the coach, listen carefully, practice diligently, and then go out and succeed by yourself. -There is no better way to lose weight, shape and become stronger than weight training! Stop making excuses! -Please don't do aerobics.
Men.
There is no doubt that 80% of men go to the gym because they want to be "strong and slim". "I have only seen very few people try any kind of aerobic exercise equipment. If they do, it is only to warm up or cool down. Most of them come in, try different weight-bearing exercises and finish them. A few people will try to go to class, but not many. Some people walk into the gym in droves, encouraging and urging each other, and may even see them on strength training day.
Men are a group of competitive people, and most people pay attention to sports regularly. This is pleasant, and the aspect that breaks their best life is motivation.
Men don't like to deceive themselves, especially among friends! They tend to avoid anything involving some kind of coordination Those old-fashioned aerobics classes are absolutely impossible.
One thing I want to say to many men is that their obsession with upper body work has damaged lower body. I know it's important to have a good trunk, but physically and aesthetically, it does look a little strange when you have chicken legs and a huge upper body. Gentlemen, please make sure that leg day is as important as chest. Remember, this is the difference between compound movements, not isolated machine exercises!
My advice to men:-Please take leg exercise as the first task. If you don't know what you are doing, ask the coach like a man. -It's not a good idea to exercise your arms every day. -Use compound movements and really pay attention to your form. When you see a lady using the machine, please don't run around the machine like a swarm of bees. We have the right to use these machines like you!
