Where is the hometown of China Wushu?
The hometown of China Wushu is Heze.

Heze is located in the southwest of Shandong Province, bordering Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui provinces, with latitude of 34 39 "-35 53" north and longitude of114 48'-1/kloc-6 24' east. It governs Mudan District, Yuncheng, Juancheng, Cao Xian, Dingtao, Chengwu, Shanxian, Juye and Dongming, a provincial-level economic development zone with a population of 8.876 million in 2007 and an area of12,239 square kilometers.

Historically, Cao Zhou is an important town in the Central Plains, and Heze people have always advocated martial arts, with a large number of talents. In the imperial examination in the Qing Dynasty, there were two top Wu scholars and more than 30 Wu Jinshi. There are as many as 39 kinds of Wushu boxing, such as Meihua Boxing, Hongquan, Monkey Boxing, Shaolin Boxing and Tai Ji Chuan. Before liberation, martial arts venues were built in most counties of Heze. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the excellent traditional Wushu art has been promoted, especially since the reform and opening up, the cause of Wushu in our city has developed rapidly, and there are more and more Wushu organizations and societies. According to incomplete statistics, there are 36 martial arts schools with more than 1000 students, and influential schools such as Songjiang Wushu College, Cao Zhou Wushu Museum and Dongming Oriental Wushu School have more than1000 students. Five counties, including Shan County, Yuncheng, Juye, Mudan District and Juancheng, were named "Hometown of Wushu" by the State Sports Commission. Yuncheng Songjiang Martial Arts College, Shanxian Martial Arts Museum and Dongming Oriental Martial Arts School were rated as the top 100 martial arts schools in China. Mass Wushu activities spread all over urban and rural areas. 80% of towns and 40% of administrative villages in the city have Wushu fitness activities. There are more than 300,000 people participating in Wushu in the city, and martial arts practitioners of all ages can be seen everywhere. The level of running martial arts schools has gradually improved, and outstanding talents have emerged in batches. Out of the national Wushu all-around champion, modern China Wushu champion, weightlifter, basketball player Mu and so on. In particular, the martial arts dance "Dog Baby Playing in Spring" of Yuncheng Sung River Martial Arts Academy has spread all over the country, jumped out of the country and went to the world. And Xue Fei, who won the first place in the World Youth Athletics Championships.
