Practicing Russian push-ups is the hardest and slowest, and the speed of progress is calculated in months. If properly trained, a basic fitness enthusiast may practice this movement for one year, and almost two years.
Training movements can be divided into two categories, one is concentrated movement training, which is more difficult, such as pre-level, post-level, double arms, Russian standing, one-arm pull-ups and so on. The other is basic training, such as push-ups, pull-ups, handstands and parallel bars arm flexion and extension. The order of our training is to start with the basics. Only when the best foundation and strength are up can we proceed to the next step better.
