There is a park next to a hill in Beilun City, Ningbo. It has a very appropriate name, called "Hill Park". The park is long and narrow, with one side facing the mountain and three sides facing the road. Standing on the roadside, you can see the corner pavilion in the park.
The park is not very big, but there are pavilions, rockeries, cliff carvings, hydrophilic platforms, hiking trails and lotus ponds, which are better than gardens. There are several plum trees in the park, scattered in every corner of the park, with different colors. They are listed as one of the beauty spots in Ningbo. This park is located between Mingzhou Road, Liaohe Road and hengshan road, and there is a hill in the east.
The park was built in 1996 and designed by the Landscape Planning and Architectural Design Institute of Beijing Forestry University. It consists of three blocks: Wanjing Tiancheng Garden, North Gate Scenic Area and Peak Sightseeing Platform, including Guan Cang Tower, Xingang Pavilion, Lanyue Tower, Charming Pavilion, Sightseeing Pavilion, and pavilions such as Zuimoxuan, Wuai Pavilion, Yilan Pavilion and Peihuai Pavilion.
Looking around the hill park, it is a small but quiet environment, just like a garden, which is a good place for leisure and fitness. In summer, the trees here are lush, which is a good place to enjoy the cool.
