From the first Provincial Games to the 14th Provincial Games, it was exclusively undertaken by the Provincial Sports Bureau and held in Xi 'an. Since 20 14, the undertaking of the provincial games has been entrusted to all cities and districts in the province. This reform has brought a new atmosphere: the provincial games will have a fixed flag, mascot and theme slogan reflecting local cultural characteristics, and more importantly, it will play an obvious role in promoting the all-round development of the host city.
