Second, preparing lessons physical education class wants to have a good class. First of all, prepare lessons and get physical education class ready. We should study and deal with it from the following three aspects: 1. Active use of network resources can promote communication and learning among teachers. Traditional time and space restrict the communication and learning between teachers. Taking advantage of the openness and interest of information technology, we can promote the exchange of knowledge and experience among teachers through columns such as "lesson preparation forum", "online discussion" and "sharing lesson plans". Without the boundary between time and space, teachers' personal ability and team spirit are promoted invisibly. 3. Active use of media can promote the interaction between teachers and students. Physical education teaching should be a learning process in which physical education teachers use all effective teaching methods to mobilize students' body and mind. In my opinion, we can actively use modern media to turn traditional ideological and moral education into a form of interaction between teachers and students. Students have a strong interest in computer multimedia teaching.
