Going to the gym for the first time
I am a personal trainer.

Many members will feel blind when they come to the gym for the first time because of too many equipment.

Here is a guide:

1. If you don't know the equipment, you can consult the touring coach (don't be afraid, the coach is very accommodating, and the general fitness coach will patiently guide you).

2. Try to find a coach to guide you when you exercise, because many fitness things are learned. Too much weight or less posture will get twice the result with half the effort (many of my members like to carry loads at first, but in fact, the most important thing in the early stage of fitness is to master the essentials of action, not to gain muscles, so it is difficult to correct mistakes)

3. Find a plan that suits you and exercise purposefully.

You ask me, I guess there is still a lot to say. Please tell me your height and weight again, and I will help you make a plan. Don't worry, I'm just helping you make a plan for your coaching duties, and there is no cost. )
