According to Article 7 of the Regulations of Tianjin Municipality on Dog Breeding, only one small ornamental dog is allowed for each household in the key management area; Individuals are prohibited from raising strong dogs and large dogs.
The breed and height standard of small ornamental dogs shall be determined and published by the municipal public security organ in conjunction with the municipal animal husbandry department.
Tenth dogs in the administrative area of this Municipality shall be registered by the public security organs and obtain a dog registration certificate.
Nineteenth dog owners must comply with the following provisions:
(a) holding a dog registration certificate to take the dog out of the house, adults should lead it with a leash and should avoid others, especially the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and children; When taking the dog out of the house due to special circumstances such as quarantine, diagnosis and treatment, put the dog in the dog cage and do not lead it.
(2) When taking a dog in an elevator, you should avoid the rush hour when taking the elevator, and put a muzzle on the dog or put the dog in a dog cage or bag. Residents' committees, villagers' committees and owners' committees may determine the time when dogs are prohibited from entering the elevator according to the actual situation.
(three) dogs are not allowed to take public transport except passenger taxis, and the driver's consent must be obtained when taking passenger taxis.
(4) Dogs are not allowed to enter markets, shops, commercial blocks, restaurants, parks, public green spaces, schools, hospitals, exhibition halls, theaters, sports venues, community public fitness places, playgrounds, waiting rooms and other public places where people gather.
(five) when taking dogs out of the house in key management areas, dog owners should promptly remove the feces excreted by dogs.
(six) the implementation of strong dogs, large dogs tied or captive.
(seven) shall not abuse or abandon dogs.
(eight) shall not interfere with or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not interfere with or affect the normal life of neighboring residents.
