The breed and height standard of small ornamental dogs shall be determined and published by the municipal public security organ in conjunction with the municipal animal husbandry department.

Tenth dogs in the administrative area of this Municipality shall be registered by the public security organs and obtain a dog registration certificate.

Nineteenth dog owners must comply with the following provisions:

(a) holding a dog registration certificate to take the dog out of the house, adults should lead it with a leash and should avoid others, especially the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and children; When taking the dog out of the house due to special circumstances such as quarantine, diagnosis and treatment, put the dog in the dog cage and do not lead it.

Residents' committees, villagers' committees and owners' committees may determine the time when dogs are prohibited from entering the elevator according to the actual situation.

(three) dogs are not allowed to take public transport except passenger taxis, and the driver's consent must be obtained when taking passenger taxis.

(4) Dogs are not allowed to enter markets, shops, commercial blocks, restaurants, parks, public green spaces, schools, hospitals, exhibition halls, theaters, sports venues, community public fitness places, playgrounds, waiting rooms and other public places where people gather.
