The PE teacher gave me a lesson under the horizontal bar (my new understanding of physical education class)
Physical education class has always been my least favorite course. Every time I was assigned to the last class by the teacher, I had to wear uncomfortable sportswear. It's really annoying But recently, I experienced one thing that completely changed my view of physical education class, that is, the PE teacher gave me a lesson under the horizontal bar.

First contact with the horizontal bar

Before that, I didn't know much about the horizontal bar, except that it was a kind of sports equipment. However, at the physical education class, the teacher asked each of us to try the horizontal bar. I stood under the horizontal bar and looked at the tall thick bar, a little nervous. The teacher demonstrated it, and then we tried it one by one.

I walked to the front of the horizontal bar, grabbed the barbell and tried to climb up. But my arm strength was obviously not enough, and I fell down only halfway up. I felt a little embarrassed, but the teacher did not laugh at me, but encouraged me to try again.

Keep trying and finally succeed.

I went up again, this time with all my strength, and finally climbed to the top of the barbell. I feel very excited and fulfilled. The teacher saw my performance and praised me happily.

Then the teacher began to explain some basic operations of the horizontal bar, including up and down, handstand and so on. I listened with relish and felt that the course suddenly became interesting.

Constantly challenge yourself

In the next few classes, I have been trying to do some difficult movements, such as handstand, somersault and so on. Although it was difficult at first, I kept trying and challenging myself, and finally succeeded.

I feel my body has become stronger and more confident. I began to enjoy every moment in physical education class, and I began to like this sport.
